Privacy Policy
Last updated September 13, 2026
This website is operated by Lorna E. Tedder (“I,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit rapidlorna.com, why, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and honest.
What we collect
- Automatically. Like most websites, our host and security tools record standard technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view — through server logs and, where enabled, a security or content-delivery service.
- If you contact us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write.
- If you buy direct. “Buy Direct” purchases are completed through our checkout provider, which collects the name, email, and payment details needed to fulfill your order. We receive order details (what you bought and where to deliver it); we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- If you subscribe. If we offer a newsletter and you sign up, we collect the name and email you provide, plus basic delivery and open information from our email provider.
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Why we use it
- To operate, maintain, and secure the site — including deciding whether to block traffic that appears abusive or malicious.
- To fulfill and support your direct purchases.
- To understand general traffic patterns and improve the site.
- To reply to you — but only after you’ve contacted us first.
- To send updates you asked for, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies & similar technology
Our site and the services we use may set cookies or similar identifiers to keep the site working, secure it, complete purchases, and measure traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.
Third parties
We rely on reputable providers to run the site — a web host, a content-delivery and security service, traffic analytics, our direct-purchase checkout provider, and (when active) an email newsletter service. They process data on our behalf, and may also process it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies, which we don’t control. Links to Amazon, LinkedIn, or other external sites take you to services governed by their own policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below. We’ll respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — including order records we’re required to keep — then delete or anonymize it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
